カップケーキ
カップケーキ は、甘すぎず重くない、軽やかでしっとりしています。お子様でもお１つ召し上がっていただけます。レギュラーサイズの直径５センチサイズになります。基本のベースはバニラですがチョコレート(+50円/ 1個)、抹茶(+80円/ 1個)に変更も可能です。
クリームはスイスメレンゲバタークリームとクリームチーズフロステイングの2種類がお選びいただけます。お勧めはスイスメレンゲバタークリームです。スイスメレンゲバタークリームは、シルキーで滑らかなアメリカでも人気定番のクリームです。甘さは控えめで。生クリームと違って、パーテイ の場でも解けることがありませんので、常温保管出来ます。
ロゴカップケーキ
ロゴを彩ったカップケーキ は素晴らしいイベントのデザートや贈答品になります。創立記念日、周年記念、会社内のミーテイング、スタッフとのイベント、新商品プレスリリース、打ち上げ会、キックオフ、オフィス移転のお祝い、など、お祝い事やイベントでのロゴカップケーキはその場を華やかに演出し、社内外のゲストを楽しませてくれます。ロゴは全て食用です。チームスピリットが高まり、イベントでのトーキングピースとしてそして、インスタグラムやSNSに投稿されることでしょう。イベント、用途の規模に合わせてご相談ください。
ホールケーキ
デコレーションケーキは、通常バターケーキでお作りしています。デコレーションでシュガー（フォンダン）で飾っているケーキはスポンジケーキですと、柔らかすぎて耐えられないためです。生クリームとフルーツをのせたケーキは、スポンジケーキで作れます。私のホールケーキのこだわりは、背が高い、通常見かける日本のケーキよりかなり背の高いアメリカンタイプのケーキです。高さは、だいたい１０cmあります。高いことで、周りのデコレーションが出来ますし、パーテイ でお出しするとインパクトが違います。
ホールケーキのベースは、通常は、バニラ、レモン、チョコレート、バニラと、チョコレートのマーブルでご用意しています。
季節のケーキ
夏でもカップケーキで表現できることがたくさんあります。ビーチテーマや、ブルー、シェル、ヨット、サーフィンなど。。。
そうこうしているうちに、ハロウインの飾りをお店で見て、ちょっとびっくりしました。
パーソナルでオリジナルなカップケーキ、ケーキでお祝いすることが出来ます。
カップケーキ、ホールケーキともにご注文いただけます。

カップケーキとホールケーキがフルオーダーいただけます。世界に一つだけのケーキをお客様と共に作っていきます。誕生日や記念日など思い出に残るものをお作りします。インスタ映えにも最適です。

よくある質問
- お値段はどこで確認できますか？
- お値段は注文フォームよりご依頼後、お見積もりを送らせていただきます。お見積もりを確認後、承認いただければご注文確定となります。また目安としてベースのカップケーキとクリームアイシングは450円（税抜）から、ロゴカップケーキは４８０円（税抜） カップケーキの上にデコレーションを施した物は500円（税抜き） からとなっております。ホールケーキの目安はご注文フォームをご確認ください
- 日持ちはしますか？
- デコレーションされたカップケーキ、ホールケーキは（生クリームの仕上げ以外）、冬、春の涼しい時期は常温で4日間、冷蔵で1週間保蔵出来ます。夏などの暑い時期は、冷蔵保存でお願いします。当日お届けで、その日にお召し上がりになる場合は涼しげな、直射日光のあたらない場所での保管でしたら常温で大丈夫です。アイシングクッキーは、乾燥剤（シリカゲル）を入れた密封容器に入れて保存いただければ3週間は大丈夫です。夏場の湿気の多い季節は特に水分を与えない様にし、なるべくお早目にお召し上がりください。

2 ears of corn on the cob
Salad oil 2 tsp
Butter 20 g
Black pepper
Grounded Parmesan cheese
Mirin (Japanese sweet sake ingredient for cooking) 2 tablespoons spoons
Soy sauce 4 teaspoons
Small garlic clove grated 1
Cilantro leaves to garnish
1) wrap around the ears of corn with the glad wrap and microwave it for 3 minutes. Leave it out till it cools down.
2)Cut the ears of corn into three horizontally. Then cut each into four vertically. Be careful it’s still a bit hard.
3)Heat the frying pan and put the salad oil. Place the corn kernel facing down and roast until golden brown.
4) put in the Mirin, soy sauce and grated garlic. Mix it well. Add the piece of butter and sprinkle black pepper.
5)place on a plate and sprinkle generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle cilantro.
Give it a try! Really good with 🍺!
*If you don’t have Mirin you can use Sake or white wine.
*2nd photo is the corn rice. Easy rice cooker recipe.
