With the Finance background I’ve turned around and started Chi Bakes back in December 2012. Being able to create, design and bake scrumptious desserts were my passion and pure joy.
After finishing Pastry school and completing Wilton Cake instructor course I strive to make detailed, surprising cakes for all occasion. I have been working with many corporations for their corporate parties, events and with many international school communities here in Tokyo.
My custom cakes are made from scratch with finest natural ingredients.
I will be happy to cater your needs of Gluten free, nut free, or vegan cakes and desserts.
